What payment methods do you accept?

How is the artwork shipped?

We use reliable couriers such as DHL and FedEx to ship our artworks. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return an artwork if I am not satisfied?

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of each artwork, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We take great care in providing detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and are happy to answer any questions you may have before making a purchase to ensure your satisfaction. Do you offer custom art commissions?

Who is responsible for import duties on international shipments?

For shipments outside of Europe, import duties may apply. The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes that are required by the destination country. These fees are typically handled by the shipping company (e.g., FedEx, DHL) during the delivery process.
