Welcome to Pedro Sanz Art. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.pedrosanzart.com and your purchase of original artworks and related products (“Products”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

All artworks are original, one-of-a-kind pieces created by Pedro Sanz unless otherwise stated.
Due to variations in screen settings, colors may differ slightly from what you see online.
Each artwork is sold as described (medium, size, materials).

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of payment issues, suspected fraud, or unavailability of the artwork.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout or communicated separately.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
We carefully package artworks to ensure safe arrival. Any damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique and original nature of the artworks, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the artwork arrives damaged or the wrong item has been delivered.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos and will guide you through the resolution process (replacement if available, or refund).

6. Intellectual Property and Copyright

By purchasing an artwork, you acquire ownership of the physical painting only.
All copyright and intellectual property rights in the artwork remain the sole property of Pedro Sanz.
Purchase does not grant the right to reproduce, copy, distribute, license, or commercially exploit the artwork in any way.
Any reproduction, printmaking, merchandising, or digital use of the artwork requires prior written consent from Pedro Sanz.
Buyers are free to display the artwork in private or public settings, but such display does not transfer or imply any copyright ownership.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use secure payment providers and take appropriate measures to protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays, customs issues, or additional costs imposed by authorities outside our control.
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.
